SpaceXLiquid Privacy - SleepyCloud
Privacy is a fundamental human right. At SpaceXLiquid, it’s also one of our core values. What you share from those experiences, and who you share it with, should be up to you. We design and build products to protect your privacy and give you control over your information. It’s not always easy. But that’s the kind of innovation we believe in. SpaceXLiquid has developed technologies to help obscure your identity when data must go to the servers. Sometimes we use random identifiers so your data is not associated with your Account. We have also pioneered using Differential Privacy to understand patterns of behavior while protecting an individual user’s privacy. If you choose to send SpaceXLiquid analytics about your SleepyCloud usage, the collected information does not identify you personally. When it’s collected, personal data is either not logged at all, removed from reports before they’re sent to SpaceXLiquid, or protected by techniques such as Differential Privacy. Techniques like these help us deliver and improve services while protecting your privacy.
SleepyFlow was designed from the beginning to learn your preferences without sharing your identity with SpaceXLiquid or anyone else. You don’t sign in with your Account to use SleepyFlow, and our private cloud processes as much information as possible without sending it to SpaceXLiquid.
When SpaceXLiquid does process or store data on our servers, it’s associated with a random identifier — a long string of letters and numbers. That data is used only to improve SleepyFlow's Neural Engine, and we never share or sell it. SpaceXLiquid doesn’t retain your requests unless you choose to share it with us to improve SleepyFlow.
We collect and store guild (server) data (including the name and ID), on SleepyCloud Database for settings and to monitor your usage (including tag and ID) of all commands explicitly from SleepyCloud. Most settings have a default value and any updated settings are stored in order to save your preferences (prefix, asteryx transactions etc.) for the bot. Your data is only used in your server but we may check it at any time for testing purposes or modifications (if we change what kind of data is stored).
